Coach.me is a well-designed app that makes tracking your habits and motivating yourself very easy. It’s based on the same concept of the famous book “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg, so it uses the same strategies and techniques.
There are many features, but the most useful are the milestones, the streak, the goal and the coach. Milestones is the “daily goals” tool. You can set the number of days you want to achieve your goal, like working out five days in a row, and if you do that, you will have a “milestone”. It’s like a little celebration.

It's a habit tracker that helps you to form good habits by rewarding points for each habit that you form. Habitify has a very simple and easy-to-use interface. You just need to tap on the plus button and select the habit that you want to form. Then you just need to name it, set a due date and tap on the timer to start the timer.

Beeminder is a tool that helps you stick to your goals. It’s a tool for self-control and planning. It’s the easiest way to burn calories, save money, study more, spend less, and get more done. You tell Beeminder your goal, and the app keeps you on track with a combination of artificial intelligence, automated reminders, and financial incentives.

TickTick
TickTick is a task manager, to-do list and time planner. It helps you get things done and be more organized.
